Admin Billing Portal
In the Billing Portal, Super-Admins can view details about the company's current subscriptions, billing and usage information, invoice history, and payment history.
From the Admin drop-down main menu, select the Billing Portal. The following three selections will display:
- Subscriptions
- Billing Information
- Invoice History
Subscriptions
Select a subscription to view the Subscription Details page. The Subscription Details page lists the product's pricing information, cancellation options, Usage History and Payment History.
The Usage History section displays your company's current usage month-to-date; select the usage count to view usage details for active users or transactions. Past usage details are also available below: select the 'View More' drop-down to show more usage history.
The Payment History section displays your company's payment history for the selected product. Select the expand button
to download and view a PDF of the full invoice in Stripe; select the 'View More' drop-down to show more invoices.
Billing Information
You can edit your Stripe billing information by selecting the pencil icons or by selecting 'Edit Contact Information' at the bottom of the Billing Information section.
Invoice History
Your organization’s recent Stripe invoices can be seen from the Invoice History section. Select the expand button
to download and view a PDF of the full invoice in Stripe; select the 'View More' drop-down to show more invoices.
