Admin Settings

By selecting the Admin Settings from the main menu, Loomium Admins can view and edit account settings. The Settings page has tabs for each activated Loom.

Global

The Global tab is where elements in your Flex instance are connected to the Ops Update features. This setting does not correlate with the current Operations menu tables, so you will only see these elements applied if your Loomium account has the Ops Update feature enabled.

Your Flex elements are shown in a row at the top; the columns on the left show the Loomium element names and where in Loomium they’re used. Check the boxes for the Flex elements you would like to associate to the Loomium elements, then click Update. All associated pages and widgets will then display the data from those Flex elements.

Note, where elements are not compatible, the checkbox is disabled. For instance, a financial document element such as a Quote cannot be used as a Task element.

Operations

The Operations tab has progress bar settings, warehouse workload meter levels, and table element statuses.

Here is where you can update warning indicator times. By default, project progress bars will indicate a yellow warning border when the due date nears 2 hours and a red warning border when the due date nears 1 hour.

Use the text field to update level names and the dropdown to change colors.

Table Element Statuses
This table populates that elements that are enabled in the Global Admin Settings. Select the drop-down to view all element statuses. By default, all statuses are enabled. Select status checkboxes you would like to disable for each Ops Update element. Elements with a status checkbox selected will appear bold.

This settings does not correlate with the current Operations menu tables, so you will only see these elements applied if your Loomium account has the Ops Update feature enabled.

After changing settings, click Update to save
