The Enterprise Flex plan has API call limits. If you experience excessive loading in Loomium, your instance may have reached a call limit. This error can be confirmed by checking your API request count within Flex. With this, there will be a service interruption until the next rolling hour, day or month begins. Please wait for the limit to reset and revisit Loomium again later.
