Marketplace Overview
By selecting Marketplace from the main menu, users can view all Loomium products, as well as your organization’s subscription status for each product.
Navigation
There are currently three categories of products in the Marketplace:
- Looms: dashboard modules to help you see the information you need, at a glance
- Loomi-U Content: training modules and user guides
- Integrations: linking Flex directly to other software products, eliminating manual entry and reducing data errors
To view the products we offer, select Learn More for each category.
To view product features, pricing details, and start a subscription, select Learn More for each product. This will display information about the product, as well as a button to subscribe or a notification that the subscription is active.
Depending on your user permissions, products may display the following options:
Super-Admin:
- Subscribe now
- Resubscribe
- Start free trial
All other users:
- Request a trial from your admin
- Request more information
Selecting Request a trial from your admin will prompt users to enter a few details to submit a request to your organization’s Super-Admin for that product.
Selecting Request more information will prompt users to enter a few details to submit a request to our Sales Team for more details about that product.
Billing
All Loomium products have a base fee plus usage, billed monthly. Usage for Looms is tiered by the number of active users that login, and logins are per Loom. For example, if a user has permissions to Operations and NetSuite, via the Admins Access Controls, 2 active users will be counted upon login. You will not be billed for any users that do not login during a given billing period.
Billing is via Stripe. Super-Admins can view current subscription billing details in the Loomium Billing Portal.
Free trials are not available for all products; only one free trial per company.
