Super-Admin Onboarding

In Loomium, every company designates a Super-Admin who holds the pivotal role of gaining initial access to the platform. This Super-Admin is responsible for managing access permissions for other users and configuring account settings. The Admin menu pages are: Access Control, Settings, and Billing Portal.

First, select Access Control from the Admin drop-down in the main menu.

The Access Control feature empowers you to define permissions both at the level of Security Groups and individual Users. It's important to configure Security Group permissions prior to editing the permissions for users within that specific group.

Selecting a Security Group name from the table will allow edits to permissions for all pages available to your company. When selecting a name from the Users table, the user profile will populate with tabs. The Details tab shows information about the user. The Looms and Integrations tab lists access level permissions for all pages available to your company.

There are four permission levels: None, View, Edit, or Admin

None will ensure this group or user has no access to this module.

View will activate the module for the end user to see data from Flex but not adjust the module or its settings.

Edit will activate the module for full view and allows the user to edit views, filters and widgets.

Admin will activate the "Admin" menu on the user's module and ensure Admin capabilities are present.

Select the radio button of the access level needed for the Security Group or User then Save.

Once Access Controls are set, select Settings from the Admin drop-down in the main menu.

The Settings page has tabs for each activated Loom for company-wide settings.

The Global tab defines integral data points utilized throughout Loomium, such as Inbound and Outbound Equipment Lists. All enabled Flex elements are displayed by column; select the checkboxes of the desired data for that element then Update.

The Operations tab has various settings for Ops features. Adjust these settings the way you prefer then Update.

Once Settings have been configured, users can now login to Loomium! Enjoy!
